Start the tour from Clock Tower at Skanderbeg Square, (photo stop at Skanderbeg’s Monument), National Museum (the huge mosaic on front represent the Albanian history development and the stages of this development are presented on respective pavilions). Then you continue to see other important buildings: Palace of Culture/Opera/National Library, Mosque of Ethem Bey, the Clock Tower, Bunkart 2 , National Art Gallery, Tirana Castle, Parliament, Ura e Tabakeve, Catholic Cathedral Namazgjah Mosque, main government buildings,, the Pyramid, Prime Minister building, Palace of congresses, Mother Teresa Square, Archaeological Museum (there are presented many archaeological discoveries since the Stone Age up to the Medieval), Polytechnic University, Presidential palace,  Cold War corner (one Bunker, part of famous Spac Political Prison, and a piece from Berlin Wall).Ex-Blloku (which used to be the most beautiful and protected zone were the ex-communist leaders families lived). Proceed to Youth Park, Taiwan, Orthodox Cathedral (optional visit to Christian Heritage Souvenir shop), House of Leaves Surveillance Museum. The tour ends at the National Bank (in Skanderbeg Square).  and then we will visit Durres ,its  city center, amphitheater and the Archaeological Museum, situated near the sea and rich in objects excavated in Durres. We also visit the Roman Baths behind the Aleksander Moisiu Theatre on the central square.

Kruja is a small town perched high on the face of a hill considered “the Adriatic Sea’s Balcony”, because of its altidute above mean sea level (approximately 1000 m). Kruja was the centre of 15th century Albanian resistance to the Ottomans under the leadership of national hero Gjerg Kastrioti “Skanderbeg”. Visit the unique Skanderbeg Museum inside the restored castle and the Ethnographical Museum. The street leading up to the castle is built in the style of a Turkish bazaar; we can stroll along the old bazaar which has a wonderful selection of authentic antiques and souvenirs.
